For myself, I advocate that clients taking understanding and assuming responsibility for their training and healthy eating is the only route to long-term fitness success.

Can’t make it to the gym?

 

Don’t worry, as we can come to you to deliver your desired training routines, just as affectively and just as enjoyably, in the comfort of your own home (or garage, garden or local park).

 

Training at home can be enjoyable and nothing is better than training in the open air, either one-to-one or with friends and colleagues.

 

In this instance your training would be flexible and suited to your individual requirements and needs, with the right equipment provided for each session to help you to achieve your desired goals.

The Jubilee Hall gym is in the heart of central London, which makes it easy to get to, no matter where you travel from.

 

This is where I am based for much of my time, as Jubilee Hall Covent Garden is an amazing gym with lots of open space, combined with wonderful natural lighting. It is a great place to work out!  

 

The gym also offers a wide range of equipment, as well as free weights, making it a genuine ‘one of a kind’ gymnasium with a vibrant atmosphere in the beating heart of London. 

 

Together these all important factors play a key role when it comes to training, and achieving the results my clients need.
